The New York Haiti Project Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation incorporated in 2024.  We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization.  All donations whenever received are tax deductible.

The New York Haiti Project Inc. has ultimate authority to use contributions made to us to advance our mission as determined in the discretion of our board of directors. We also accept designated donations for specific projects.
